Alisa Clary is a seasoned Proposal and Contract Manager with over a decade of experience in growing and building cybersecurity-focused small businesses. She brings expertise in the full contract lifecycle, from capture and proposal development to contract negotiation, program management, financial analysis, and contract closure.

Before joining Tangent Technologies, Alisa served in leadership roles at UltraViolet Cyber, Inc., where she played a critical role in revenue operations, contract management, and business development. She has successfully integrated business processes, developed corporate policies, and led proposal efforts for both federal and commercial opportunities. Her expertise spans financial systems, CRM implementation, federal contract novation, and compliance.

Alisa has also held key positions at Stage 2 Security, Accenture Federal Services, and Defense Point Security, where she refined business development strategies, managed complex contract portfolios, and ensured operational efficiency in proposal management.

With a strong background in both federal and commercial contracting, Alisa excels at driving strategic initiatives that enhance organizational growth. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College and is ITIL Foundations certified.
